 Refund/Cancellation Policy

Product damaged in shipping should be reported to annette@hunnicuttoutdoorliving.com as soon as possible, (with in 10 business days). A pre-paid FedEx label will be issued for return of actual damaged items and an identical replacement item will be shipped at no expense to you. 

 

All non-damage related product (buyers remorse) returns  Returns must be in new condition, in original packaging. A restocking fee equal to the two freight/ shipping charges plus 15% of the purchase price will be assessed on all non-damage related returns. 

Personalized Products damaged during shipping will be replaced under the guideline listed above. Personalized Product sales are final upon placement of order and cannot be returned.
