 Refund/Cancellation Policy

Product damaged in shipping should be reported to annette@hunnicuttoutdoorliving.com as soon as possible. A pre-paid shipping label will be issued for return of actual damaged items and an identical replacement item will be shipped at no expense to you. 

 

All non-damage related product (buyers remorse) returns must be in new condition, in original packaging, and returned with in 30 days of purchase. Many of our products have a free return policy if returned with in 30 days and have the policy indicated on their product page. All other products such as, but not limited to: Lonestar Windmill Head Kits, Lonestar Water Towers, Chuck Wagons, will be have the return shipping charges plus non-refundable credit card charges from the original purchase, deducted from their original purchase amount (expected refund). The customer's funds will be refunded after product has been received/returned. Personalized fire pits are not refundable. These products state the return policy on their product page. 

Personalized Products damaged during shipping will be replaced under the guideline listed above. Personalized Product sales are final upon placement of order and cannot be returned.
