Our Windmill Head Kits are a great "do-it-yourself" project. The kit includes all the metal components (galvanized steel) needed to assemble the fan, the fan blades can be dipped in red paint, if desired.
Our heavy duty decorative windmills are made from quality materials. There is a detailed lumber list and easy to follow instructions for building the windmill stand. There are two styles for the rudder, galvanized steel finish or a Texas flag style. These garden windmills are made in the USA, and we have them delivered for FREE!
It is recommended to have at least two people when fastening the head and lifting the completed windmill with stand for the 15' and 20' windmills.
Metal Windmills with Stands
We offer two sizes of metal windmills. The first stands 8 feet tall, with a fan diameter of 30 inches and a head weight of 23 lbs. The second, stands 11 feet tall, with a fan diameter of 40 inches and a head weight of 35 lbs.It is shipped with two boxes containing the windmill head kit parts that need to be assembled and the stand parts, anchors, all the necessary hardware and detailed assembly instructions. Visual aids are also available with our assembly video located on this site as well as one on YouTube. All our American-made windmills and head kits are proudly made in the USA.
